2.) How frequently should I do cardio/ lift weights?

Answer: The recommended basic is 4 days @ 30 minutes of cardio and two 1 hour sessions of weight training

 

3.) What should I do if I plateau?

Answer: Write down everything you eat and drink to monitor calories and types of foods. Change your routine. Don’t do the same cardio every visit.
